Top 5 ways to avoid drama working at a stripclub

Club politics are very important. Play your cards right, and you’ll make more money. How? Say a customer has friends and wants more girls like you to join the group. Who would you choose? The girls you like. Get the right girls on your side and they’ll do the same for you. Working together is the best way to have lots of fun as well as having a great night.
1. Lock up your stuff as best you can. Most clubs provide lockers, however the house girls like to keep locks on them at all times. That may mean you are without one. Get a small lock for your make-up box and dance bag or suitcase and place your regular clothes and make-up in it. Never leave anything out on the counter that your not willing to share or part with (flat iron, hair spray, deodorant, perfume, wipes, etc.). And don’t freak out if someone is using your stuff. There is usually an unspoken rule: if its out – anyone can use it. Most girls don’t have much respect for other peoples property. So, as soon as your done with your things, just put them away. You’ll provide more room on the counter and save yourself the headache of running out of wipes or body spray when you need it.
2. Stay out of the dressing room as much as possible. The dressing room is a safe haven for the girls. However, when someone is pissed off, or annoyed, the first place they go to vent is the dressing room. Don’t subject yourself to all the negativity that happens throughout the night. You’ll be protecting your attitude and prevent getting caught up in the drama. Also, if you see someone upset, wait awhile to ask them about it. Let the emotion subside and then get the story.
3. Never talk about a co-worker even if they’re not there. You don’t have to like everyone you work with. That’s normal. But you never know who might be friends with the person you don’t like. It’s simply better to keep your mouth shut and ignore what others might be saying.
4. When your pissed off or frustrated, don’t go yelling about it to everyone. If you need to vent, do it quietly with one of your friends. Obviously the music in a club is very loud. Keep conscious about your voice level when talking in the dressing room. Talking loudly only makes you sound more dramatic and obnoxious. Ask a friend aside and speak to him/her in a calm manner. You don’t have to freak out in order to process an issue.
5. Don’t be catty. I’ll be the first to admit that some girls just make it so frikin easy. Being catty is not just about what you say verbally but more what your body says. You can look at a girl sideways and not realize that 3 girls saw you. And never talk negatively about another girl at a table. You only look like an ass to the customers
